1. High Weather Resistance & Long Lifespan

Glass has extremely high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and water vapor barrier properties. The double-glass structure can replace traditional backsheets, completely solving the problems of backsheet aging, powdering, and electrochemical corrosion in environments with high humidity, salt spray, and acid rain. Their lifespan generally reaches 30 years, longer than the 25 years of ordinary modules.

2. Lower Degradation Rate & Higher Power Generation

The glass structure has excellent heat dissipation performance, resulting in a lower module operating temperature and effectively improving photoelectric conversion efficiency. Combined with bifacial light emission, the overall power generation gain is significant, especially in snowy or highly reflective ground environments.

3. Frameless Design & High Insulation Against PID

Double-glass modules typically feature a frameless design, fundamentally eliminating the electric field that causes PID (potential-induced degradation) effects. This results in a higher system safety factor, allowing for higher system voltages and thus reducing power plant construction costs.
